Welcome to Reclaim Your Health Solutions LLC (“Reclaim Your Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and the purchase of or participation in Reclaim Your Health programs, consultations, courses, memberships, and other services.

By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Reclaim Your Health Metabolic Reset Program, consultations, assessments, masterclasses, maintenance services, and other coaching resources are provided for educational and coaching purposes.

They do not constitute medical advice, do not establish a physician-patient relationship, and are not a substitute for care from your own licensed healthcare professional.

Although Dr. Dieter Wefuan is a licensed, dual board-certified physician, when providing the coaching services described on this website, he is acting in an educational and coaching capacity.

Reclaim Your Health coaching services are intended for adults age 18 and older.

By purchasing or participating in a service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

The following services require acceptance of the separate Coaching Agreement & Informed Consent before enrollment:

• 12-Week Reclaim Your Health Metabolic Reset Program
• Metabolic Reset Fit Consultation — 30 minutes
• Weight & Metabolic Strategy Consultation
• Reclaim Maintenance

Clients enrolling in any of these four services must review and electronically sign the Coaching Agreement & Informed Consent before they are permitted to proceed to payment and complete their enrollment or booking.

The features, duration, price, and scope of each program or service are described on the applicable service or enrollment page.

Reclaim Your Health reserves the right to reasonably modify program schedules, educational materials, or methods of delivery when necessary while maintaining the overall nature of the service purchased.

Payment is due according to the terms displayed at checkout or on the applicable enrollment page.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Reclaim Your Health and its payment processor to charge the applicable fees associated with your purchase.

If a payment plan is offered and selected, you remain responsible for completing the agreed payment schedule according to the terms accepted at enrollment.

Reclaim Your Health offers consultations, coaching programs, memberships, masterclasses, and digital educational services. Because the nature and delivery of these services vary, specific cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may be provided at the time of booking, enrollment, or purchase.

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

For coaching programs, memberships, masterclasses, and digital educational content, refunds may be limited once a program has begun, services have been provided, or educational materials or digital content have been accessed.

If a payment plan is selected, enrollment in a payment plan does not necessarily constitute a month-to-month subscription. Any remaining payment obligations will be governed by the terms presented and accepted at enrollment.

If Reclaim Your Health cancels a paid service and an appropriate alternative cannot be provided, the applicable payment will be refunded.

All refund and cancellation policies are subject to applicable law.

Every person is different. Individual results vary. No specific weight, laboratory, or health outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Results depend on numerous individual factors, including circumstances, participation, consistency, health status, and implementation of educational strategies.

All Reclaim Your Health materials—including videos, presentations, lessons, worksheets, assessments, frameworks, written materials, graphics, recordings, downloads, and program content—are owned by or licensed to Reclaim Your Health Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchases provide a limited right to use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, shared, recorded, taught, modified for commercial use, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission.

If access is provided to a private member or participant area, the account is for the participant’s personal use only.

Login credentials may not be shared or used to provide another person with unauthorized access to paid Reclaim Your Health content.

Reclaim Your Health may discuss, recommend, or provide links to products or services offered by third parties.

Purchases from third parties are governed by that provider’s terms, conditions, refund policies, and privacy practices.

Where Reclaim Your Health or Dr. Dieter Wefuan has a financial relationship with a product, service, or company, appropriate disclosures will be provided where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reclaim Your Health Solutions LLC and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, educational content, coaching programs, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Reclaim Your Health may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, or legal requirements.
