About Dr. Dieter Wefuan
Medical Training & Certification
Dr. Dieter is board certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics. His medical journey began at the American University of the Caribbean in St. Martin. Following this, he completed a combined residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at East Carolina University/Vidant Medical Center in North Carolina and has been actively practicing medicine for over eleven years.
Career in Hospital Medicine
For the first seven years of his career, Dr. Dieter served as a hospitalist at Vidant Duplin Hospital in rural North Carolina, caring for a diverse population from newborns to critically ill adults. In 2021, he relocated to Fort Worth, Texas, where he joined Medical City Alliance as an internal medicine hospitalist. He served there for four years, until July 2025, before moving on to pursue a new passion and chapter in his career with Reclaim Your Health Solutions. He continues to maintain his pediatric board certification through ongoing medical education.
Passion for Metabolic Health
In recent years, Dr. Dieter has immersed himself in the study of metabolic medicine, discovering that many chronic diseases are rooted in reversible metabolic dysfunction. Fueled by this insight—and a growing dissatisfaction with a healthcare system that often focuses on managing symptoms rather than reversing curable disease states—he has made it his mission to empower patients with knowledge that can relieve their chronic suffering and free them from lifelong dependence on medications. Through education and advocacy, Dr. Dieter is helping patients reclaim their health and rediscover vitality and purpose.
Family & Personal Life
Outside of medicine, Dr. Dieter cherishes life with his wife, Bethany, and their four children, Simeon, Anya, Celeste, and Grace. Together, they enjoy neighborhood walks, home movie nights, and family traditions like Saturday morning crepes. Dr. Dieter also loves watching the English Premier League and is a die-hard fan of Chelsea FC. An active member of his local church, Redeemer Church, in White Settlement, Texas, Dr. Dieter is grateful for God’s calling and grace in his life.
