What are your fees?
I believe that up-front knowledge helps establish clarity of what’s to come and promotes honest and open conversation within the doctor-patient relationship. Appointment pricing is as follows:

What forms of payment do you accept?
To ensure that your appointment goes as smoothly as possible, I am glad to accept payment via HSA, FSA, credit, or debit card.
Do you take insurance?
Put simply, no.
To answer more completely, I am passionate about providing personalized care and clear education to each one of my patients. Insurance only hinders that process, as well as getting between the patient and their physican. I enjoy spending the needed time and attention with each of my patients, free of any outside restrictions. Upon request, I will gladly supply letters of medical necessity which can be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement.

What happens if I miss or cancel my appointment?
I am commited to maintaing consistent and respectful care for each patient and their time. In order to maintain this, please note the following policies:
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-shows (missing an appointment without prior notice) may be charged the full consultation fee and may result in limited future scheduling.
- Emergencies and unexpected illness will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

How long are telehealth appointments?
Because I am dedicated to in-depth education and thorough evaluation, appointments will have varying time commitments.
- Initial metabolic consult = 75-90 minutes
- Follow up visit = 30-45 minutes
- Deep dive lab review = 60 minutes
- Quick check-in or Q&A = 15-20 minutes
Each visit is thoughtfully designed to provide the time needed for personalized care, thorough assessment, and clear next steps.
Will my health information remain confidential and secure?
Yes! I know that sharing personal information over the internet can be scary, so I am diligent about information security. I am committed to keeping your information private and secure through HIPAA-compliant systems. Your medical records, personal health information (PHI), and all communications with our clinic will be kept confidential, and you will always have access to your records upon request. Your data will never be shared or used for any other purpose than your medical care. You can be confident that the same level of dedicated care will be given to your information as we give to you, the patient.
Can I get a prescription or refill during a telehealth visit?
At this time, my office does not prescribe or refill medications. For any prescriptions or medication management, please contact your primary care provider.
Who performs my lab testing?
Our clinic partners with HealthLabs.com, a national laboratory service that collaborates with both LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics to provide high-quality testing across the U.S.
How long will it take to see lab results?
Once your lab order is placed and your sample is collected, results are typically available within 1–2 weeks, depending on the type of test performed. Once results are received, they will be thoroughly reviewed and discussed during your Deep-Dive Lab Review visit, where we’ll go over the findings and create a personalized action plan based on your results.
Where can I view my lab results and invoice?
When your results are ready, they’ll be uploaded to your secure patient portal, where you can view both your report and your invoice for payment.
How will my results be reviewed?
A Deep-Dive Lab Review Visit will be scheduled once your results are available. During this visit, we’ll go over your findings in detail, interpret what they mean for your health, and outline your personalized next steps.
What should I do before my Deep-Dive Lab Review visit?
In order to assure seamless service, payment of your lab invoice in full is a prerequisite to scheduling your Deep-Dive Lab Review. Please ensure your invoice is paid through your patient portal before your appointment so we can prepare your comprehensive analysis in advance.
Can children or seniors use telehealth?
In short, yes. I welcome children and seniors to my practice. Children and minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the visit.
Seniors can access telehealth services independently or with the help of a family member or caregiver, depending on their comfort level and technical ability.
What should I do if I have trouble connecting to the appointment?
If you’re having trouble connecting to your virtual appointment, don’t worry—we’re here to help!
Please follow these steps:
1. Check your internet connection: Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or data network.
2. Restart your device: Sometimes, restarting your phone, tablet, or computer can resolve technical glitches.
3. Try a different browser or device: If possible, switch to Chrome or Safari and avoid using outdated browsers. Switching devices can also help.
4. Check your email or text reminders: Use the secure appointment link provided in the reminder email or text message. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

How long will it take to see lab results?
Lab results are typically available within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the specific test being performed (and sometimes uncommon lab tests take longer to process). Once results are received, they will be thoroughly reviewed and discussed during your Deep-Dive Lab Review visit, where we’ll go over the findings and create a personalized action plan based on your results.
Will I ever have to do an in-person visit?
No. This practice is designed to be 100% virtual, offering care exclusively through telehealth. If an in-person evaluation or physical exam is needed, you will be referred to your primary care provider or an appropriate specialist as part of your ongoing care team.
How soon can I expect to see results from this treatment?
As we begin addressing the root cause of your metabolic dysfunction, the timeline for results will vary based on where you are along the spectrum of your condition. However, most patients begin to notice meaningful improvements within 4 weeks to 3 months of starting treatment.
